the location was central. it was easy to walk to many restaurants. the staff was friendly and polite! they were always available when i had needs. the water dispenser in reception was such a lovely perk.
The app didn't work for check-in? air conditioning did not work well at night. i was like i wasn't getting good rest. the bathroom had an open glass door. This offered no privacy at all.

I appreciated the spacious, clean beautiful room. The hotel app was easy to navigate. Staff were kind. They were always available to answer questions.
I experienced noise from the street at night. The window did not fully close so noise entered the room. ear plugs WERE offered.

The hotel is centrally located, near a supermarket and a café. Fashion Street is approximately one and a half kilometers away. This makes exploring the area very convenient.

The New York Café is about ten minutes away on foot from the hotel. Breakfast included mainly savory options. Sweet options were limited. I did not get breakfast so i cannot say much.

the location is amazing, providing easy access to many attractions. i found the staff very helpful and friendly.. lisa was excellent. i appreciated how clean and spacious the room was, equipped with all necessary amenities.
the noise from the street was a little bothersome. i closed the window, but then the room became too warm since there was no ac in cold mode.

I found the self-check-in and app-controlled features quite efficient. It streamlined the arrival process. the room had ample space, made settling in easy. the location proved advantageous, granting quick access to several local attractions and eateries.
The in-room amenities felt somewhat minimal. I missed having a wider array of toiletries available without request
